Mohammed Majid Ghori’s journey with FAMA Technologies began in 2007 when he assumed the Group IT Business Manager role. In this capacity, he played a crucial role in propelling the company’s business growth and ensuring its resounding success. His strategic planning, efficient execution, and adaptability to evolving market dynamics were pivotal in achieving positive outcomes for the organization.

Abdulaziz Mutlaq Alshammari

Abdulaziz Mutlaq Alshammari is a highly experienced professional currently serving as the Government Relations and Administration Officer at FAMA Technologies’ Riyadh head office. With an impressive career spanning over 11 years, Abdulaziz has demonstrated exceptional proficiency in various roles, including Collection Officer and Support Officer.
At FAMA Technologies, Abdulaziz plays a pivotal role in managing relations with Saudi Government offices. His responsibilities include navigating regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with governmental policies, and facilitating smooth communication between the company and government entities. Additionally, Abdulaziz supports the administration of the office, contributing to its efficient operation and ensuring a productive work environment.
Before joining FAMA Technologies, Abdulaziz held the position of Consumer Service Coordinator at AlNathej Restaurants from January 2022 to December 2022. In this role, he was responsible for receiving and resolving consumer complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and maintaining the reputation of the restaurant chain.
From November 2018 to December 2021, Abdulaziz worked as a Collection Officer at Aljazira Bank. His responsibilities included collecting payments for credit cards, personal loans, and real estate. He was also tasked with settling customer disputes, showcasing his ability to handle complex financial issues and provide effective solutions.
Earlier in his career, Abdulaziz served as a Collection Officer at Al Yusr Company in Riyadh from April 2016 to October 2018. In this role, he was responsible for collecting due payments from consumers, demonstrating his expertise in financial management and customer relations.

Chief Finance Officer(CFO)
Srinivas Rao is a seasoned professional with an extensive background in the Finance and Administration field, holding the position of Chief Finance Officer (CFO) at FAMA Technologies since October 2022. With an impressive career spanning 29 years, he has exhibited proficiency in a wide array of areas, including finance accounts, corporate governance, control, administration, auditing, taxation, budgeting,
strategic planning, funds management, inventory control, HR, IT, procurement, ISO Quality, and sales administration.
What sets Mr. Srinivas apart is his adaptability, reflected in his experience across diverse industries, including IT software, networking, systems integration, aviation engineering, trading, manufacturing, and construction.
Before joining FAMA Technologies, he served as VP-Corporate Finance and service at Pathfinder Global FZCO, where he played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s business strategy and actively participated in decision-making processes crucial to the organization’s success.
Before his tenure at Pathfinder, Mr. Srinivas held the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in another organization, where he provided valuable insights to the CEO and Executive Team on budgeting and financial planning strategies, making significant contributions to the company’s achievements.
Furthermore, Mr. Srinivas Rao has also served as the General Manager for Zaker Group and previously held the Finance & Administration Manager position.

People Services & Admin Lead
Shahbaz Ahmed brings an impressive 32-year career in Human Resources to the table, currently serving as the HR & Admin Manager at FAMA Technologies. His extensive expertise is underscored by numerous awards and recognitions throughout his illustrious career, highlighting his unwavering dedication and contributions to the field.
Prior to FAMA Technologies, Shahbaz spent 11 years as the Assistant HR & Admin Manager at Jenan Real Estate Company in Saudi Arabia, earning accolades for his pivotal role and exceptional performance. Before that, he excelled as a Personnel Manager at Sunset Beach Resort for 11 years, solidifying his expertise in HR management and personnel coordination. Shahbaz Ahmed’s impressive track record and dedication make him an invaluable asset to any organization.
It’s worth noting that Shahbaz Ahmed is experienced and committed to continuous learning and professional development. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Strategic Management and leadership and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Application, showcasing his dedication to staying at the forefront of the HR field.
Ahmad Abdulkader
Regional Manager(Kuwait)
Ahmad Abdulkader is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of industry experience, currently serving as the regional manager at FAMA Technologies’ Kuwait office. He oversees operations in other regions, including Bahrain, Iraq, and Iran. His extensive expertise and skill set have established him as a top consultant, contributing significantly to the success of various companies.
In 2022, Mr Abdulkader assumed the role of regional manager for multiple FAMA Technologies locations, showcasing his ability to handle complex responsibilities and manage diverse teams effectively.
Before joining FAMA, he held the position of Managing Director at IES – International Energy Solutions, where he had complete responsibility for overseeing all teams and operations, highlighting his leadership capabilities and strategic decision-making skills.
Throughout his career, Mr Abdulkader held key positions, including Branch Manager for Integrated For Training, ITC, and other reputable companies in Riyadh, Egypt, and Qatar. This diverse exposure has enriched his understanding of different markets and cultures, making him an adaptable and well-rounded professional.

Recognizing his outstanding performance and leadership potential, he was promoted to the esteemed position of Country Manager for the Egypt office.
In this role, Mostafa’s exceptional leadership skills have significantly contributed to FAMA Technologies’ profit and success, strengthening the company’s presence and reputation within Egypt.
Before joining FAMA Technologies, Mostafa started his professional career in 2011 as the Procurement Supervisor at Shrahily Trading EST, providing a solid foundation for future roles.

Tamseel Manna
Business Development Associate
Tamseel Manna has had a noteworthy and long-standing career with FAMA Technologies, where he currently serves as the Product Manager responsible for drive-thru and Digital Signage Innovation. He has been a dedicated member of the FAMA Technologies team for the past 15 years, starting as a Network Specialist and earning a well-deserved promotion to Product Manager for ICT infrastructure. Shibu’s extensive experience and commitment have made him a valuable asset to the organization.
Shibu has achieved notable Sales and Pre-Sales certifications from Cisco, HPE, Huawei, Dell, Fortinet, Sophos, Poly, Mitel, and more.
His network and server management proficiency has consistently stood out over the years. His exceptional knowledge and skills in these areas have maintained the integrity and efficiency of FAMA Technologies’ IT infrastructure and allowed the organization to provide exceptional network setups for its clients.
Before joining FAMA Technologies, Shibu worked as an L2 Support Engineer in the Wipro Infotech team, specifically on the BPCL Project. He demonstrated extensive technical skills in this role, helping resolve complex IT issues and contributing to the project’s success.
Before that, Shibu served as an Assistant Server Engineer on the IBM Airtel project, further enhancing his server management and IT infrastructure expertise.

Earlier roles as a Database Administrator and Software Engineer at Gul Ahmed Textiles and in the Shipping industry allowed him to showcase his remarkable analytical abilities.

Armed with an MBA in MIS, his commitment to merging technical proficiency with a strategic mindset is unmistakable.
