TELLER CUSTOMER INTERACTION POINT

  • Customer halts the car at Teller – Customer Interaction Point has a video chat with the Teller via speaker & microphone on the OCS Machine. The Outdoor Signage (optional) will display corona (Covid-19) related information.
  • The Teller performs the required transaction & opens the entry gate for the customer to move to the Deposit/Collection Point. Customer then moves towards it.
